When we are present, we have an opportunity to uplift our entire self and the universe. The mind-body-soul all need to be tuned in to each other to be fully present. In this process  of discovering and re-discovering presence, we are attuned to our purpose and inspired actions.  Often we need to bridge our mind, heart and body and soul. we can build this bridge by fostering mindfulness. We foster mindfulness by paying attention in an intentional and specific way.

 A body scan is a great way to invite mindfulness. A body scan is a process of directing awareness to various parts of the body with the intention of witnessing from a  of compassion and respect.
